Lifetime Networks named Lori Conkling executive VP of distribution, effective March 1.
Ms. Conkling, now VP of national accounts for Disney and ESPN Media Networks, replaces Louise Henry Bryson, who is retiring. Lifetime is half-owned by Disney.
She will oversee the distribution of Lifetime Television, Lifetime Movie Network and Lifetime Real Women. She also will be pushing the company’s video-on-demand, high-definition and Spanish-language products.
“As we look to expand our incredibly powerful brand and increase our premier content and services to reach and resonate with even more women, Lori’s strong relationships and vast experience in executing long-term, multiproduct deals and creating highly successful marketing campaigns with distribution partners will make her a valuable addition to the Lifetime team,” said Andrea Wong, CEO of Lifetime Networks.
