Vogel Steps Down as Dish President

Dish Network Corp. said president Carl Vogel has stepped down as president for personal reasons.
Charlie Ergen, chairman-CEO of Dish Network Corp. and EchoStar Corp., has assumed the role of president of Dish Network Corp.
Mr. Vogel will remain vice chairman of Dish and will continue as head of corporate development, programming and business services.
Mr. Ergen also announced that Erik Carlson was promoted to executive VP for operations for Dish and Tom Stingley was promoted to executive VP, sales and distribution.
