CBS named Zev Shalev senior broadcast producer for “The Early Show.” The appointment, effective Monday, was announced by Rick Kaplan, interim executive producer of the broadcast and executive producer of “The CBS Evening News.”
Mr. Shalev most recently was vice president of strategic programming and senior executive producer of information and entertainment programming for CanWest Global in Canada. He also was senior executive producer for “Entertainment Tonight Canada.”
Shalev was unavailable for immediate comment.
