Randy Michaels, CEO of Interactive and Broadcasting at Tribune Co., has been named to the National Association of Broadcasters’ Television Board by Alan Frank, president-CEO of Post-Newsweek Stations and the board’s chairman.
Mr. Michaels is assuming the “at large” board seat that has been vacant since Bob Lee retired from Schurz Communications in December.
Mr. Michaels, a former radio executive with Jacor Communications and Clear Channel Radio, was chief executive of Local TV LLC when he was named CEO for Tribune last December.
