Robbins to Discuss Content Creation in NAB Keynote

Activist and Academy Award winner Tim Robbins will deliver the April 14 keynote at the National Association of Broadcasters’ annual NAB Show.
Mr. Robbins is an actor, director and producer whose accolades include a Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild and Humanitas awards. His speech will address the sea-change in the entertainment industry and the impact of new distribution and content creation platforms.
The NAB said this year’s show, set to take place April 11-17 in Las Vegas, will place special emphasis on “the convergence of content and technology.”
Other speakers slated to appear include DreamWorks’ Jeffrey Katzenberg, Hulu’s Jason Kilar, “Lost” executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof and producer-director Barry Sonnenfeld.
