Cablevision Promotes Dursi to Senior VP

Carolyn Dursi has been promoted to senior vice president of executive recruiting at Cablevision Systems.
Ms. Dursi’s duties will include overseeing the recruitment of senior talent across all of Cablevision’s business units, including corporate, cable, News 12 Networks and Rainbow Media Holdings. She will serve as the company’s key strategist for executive retirement plans and procedures, in addition to maintaining candidate search activities and partnerships with external recruitment firms.
“With her extensive experience in executive recruiting, Carolyn continues to be instrumental in successfully driving our strategic staffing objectives by helping to attract, hire and retain the most qualified and dynamic professionals across all of our businesses,” Joseph Lhota, executive VP of corporate administration for Cablevision, said in a statement.
Before joining Cablevision in 2000 as VP of executive recruiting, Ms. Dursi was a senior VP of Thorndike Deland Associates and managing director of Horton International.
