HD programming picks for May 15-21: “Hot Dog Paradise,” “End of the Century,” Mets vs. Yankees
“Hot Dog Paradise” (Travel Channel). Thurs., May 15, 8 p.m. New York’s ultimate street food gets the fancy treatment as Travel Channel examines the most fun in a bun. Followed by “Hamburger Paradise,” of course.
“End of the Century” (Showtime). Fri., May 16, 11 p.m. Watch Johnny, Joey, Dee Dee and the rest of da bruddahs in this documentary on the rise of Queens’ finest, the Ramones.
New York Mets vs. New York Yankees (ESPN). Sun., May 18, 8 p.m. ET. The third game of this year’s Subway Series will be the last regular-season Mets visit to Yankee Stadium before the House That Ruth Built goes to that great ballpark in the sky.
