Premium cable channel Starz inked its first affiliation deal today for its broadband video service via a partnership with Verizon.
Under the multiyear agreement, Verizon will carry Starz movies online. The movies will be accessible on a subscription basis to anyone with broadband, although Verizon likely will focus on marketing the service to its 8.5 million-plus broadband customers. Verizon also will carry Starz on its Verizon FiOS TV service.
That makes it possible for Verizon broadband consumers to receive movies from Starz even if they don’t live in a market that offers Verizon’s TV service.
Verizon’s broadband customers access the movies at www.verizon.net/starzplay. The movies include films such as “Ratatouille,” “Spider-Man 3” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.”

You should wite a blog post about a suggestion of pages for people who enjoyed this. I found your site last week while browsing, unfortuneatly I am not really into the blog scene. Not because I don’t enjoy blogs, but just because I’m a bit ignorant to them.
Great blog!! You should start many more. I love all the info provided. I will stay tuned 🙂
