WE Gets Real for Summer

WE tv has added five original documentary-style specials to its summer slate.
“OMG! Sextuplets,” premiering June 18 at 10 p.m. ET, follows a couple pregnant with sextuplets after undergoing fertility treatments.
“Chain Gang Girls” documents an actual female chain gang in Maricopa, Ariz., and premieres June 24 at 8 p.m. ET.
“Prince William: Sexy and Single,” a documentary-style special on the English prince’s love life, is set to premiere July 11 at 9 p.m. ET.
“How to Marry a Prince” follows “Prince William” on July 11 at 10 p.m. ET, and examines the possibility of a common woman marrying into a royal family.
“F.L.I.P. Mysteries: Women on the Case” follows two female private eyes on the case. No time slot for its one-hour August premiere was given.
“These new specials delve into fascinating stories that are sure to satisfy women’s curiosity and are exciting additions to our original programming lineup this summer,” said Kim Martin, executive VP and general manager of WE tv, in a statement Wednesday. “We look forward to continuing to attract new viewers this summer with these provocative, unscripted accounts of real women’s lives.”
