Mike Vorhaus has been promoted to president of Magid Advisors. Mr. Vorhaus, a 14-year veteran of the strategic consulting firm, most recently was senior VP and managing director of new media and strategy, where he was instrumental in developing the company’s Internet and new-media practice.
In addition to his Magid duties, Mr. Vorhaus also writes a monthly column for TelevisionWeek’s sister publication Ad Age, a regular blog for USAToday.com and a biweekly column for GameDaily.com.
His resume includes stints working for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives and two White House administrations.
