CBS Corporation has appointed Joseph Ianniello as its deputy chief financial officer.
He will oversee the company’s financial strategy across all of its operations, including worldwide treasury, corporate development and risk management. He also will be responsible for the company’s tax and information systems and technology departments.
Mr. Ianniello served as senior VP and treasurer and VP of corporate development before CBS’ split from Viacom Inc. He was the director of financial planning for CBS before joining Viacom.
