OWN Taps Momoda as VP, Integrated Marketing

OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network has appointed Meredith Momoda vice president of integrated marketing.
Ms. Momoda will be responsible for product integration, in addition to acting as the primary liaison between OWN’s advertising sales, marketing and programming departments. She will also be the liaison for production companies and agencies dealing with branded entertainment.
Ms. Momoda comes to OWN from Discovery Communications’ TLC, where she is senior vice president of integrated marketing. She also has served as director of advertising solutions for Yahoo’s network division and VP of integrated marketing and promotions for ABC Television.
“Meredith has crafted, negotiated and coordinated integrated marketing initiatives in her career that represent the industry’s gold standard,” Robin Schwartz, president of OWN, said in a statement. “Her expertise and fresh ideas are a perfect match for OWN, and I look forward to her joining our team.”
