Big Numbers for TNT’s ‘Leverage,’ ‘Librarian’

TNT’s series premiere of “Leverage” drew almost 5 million viewers Sunday night. The debut was followed by the premiere of the original film “The Librarian: Curse of the Judas Chalice,” which drew 5.4 million viewers.
“Leverage” debuted with 2.1 million viewers among adults 18-49, becoming the network’s most watched original series telecast ever in that age group during a regular broadcast season. Among adults 25-54 the program was watched by 2.6 million viewers.
The debut episode had a 3.6 coverage household rating/3.1 national household share (5.0 million viewers, 3.5 million households), according to Cable Fast Nationals.
“Chalice,” starring “E.R.” alum Noah Wyle, marked the third installment in “The Librarian” franchise of films. The premiere received a 3.8 coverage household rating/3.2 national household rating (5.4 million viewers, 3.7 million households). The movie drew 2.2 million adults 18-49 and 2.8 million adults 25-54.
