The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research and Cablevision Systems raised more than $1.5 million at the eighth annual Holiday Rock & Roll Bash on Dec. 11.
Cablevision is underwriting all of the Lustgarten Foundation’s administrative costs, ensuring that all proceeds from the event will go toward scientific and clinical research for the diagnosis, treatment and cure of pancreatic cancer.
Attendees for the event, which was held at B.B. King’s Blues Club in New York City’s Times Square, enjoyed music from JD and the Straight Shot, led by Cablevision President-CEO James Dolan
Cablevision and the Lustgarten Foundation, which is named for former Cablevision executive Marc Lustgarten, are partners in the curePC campaign.
