SoapNet has acquired 19 movies from Sony Pictures Television for its Sunday Night Movie 10 p.m. time slot.
The movies, which include “Something’s Gotta Give,” “Sleepless in Seattle” and “My Best Friend’s Wedding,” will begin airing this month.
The films join SoapNet’s new series “Greg Behrendt’s Wake-Up Call,” “Being Erica” and “Southern Belles: Louisville.”
“SoapNet added movies to its programming slate a year ago in an effort to expand ‘soapy’ programming and extend its reach,” Brian Frons, president of daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group, said in a statement. “Each of the titles offers an entry point for new viewers, accentuating SoapNet’s brand.”

  1. hi,
what is your opinion for Wayne Rooney
Will he really leave Old Trafford?
because there is now speculation that the 24 year-old could be on the move. It really wouldn’t surprise me if he did move on after all that’s gone on. However it would need to be abroad if he was to avoid the British media.
