Tuesday night’s inauguration-themed episode of “The Daily Show With Jon Stewart” was the most-watched telecast on cable in its 11 p.m. timeslot among viewers 18-49.
The episode drew 1.5 million viewers in the demographic and 2.6 million overall. The show also posted a 1.4 rating among adults 18-49 and a 2.0 in households.
Tuesday’s “Daily Show” also ranks as the fifth most-watched episode in the show’s history. The title of most watched show still belongs to last October’s episode when then-presidential candidate Barack Obama was a guest.
