Microsoft’s streaming video service Silverlight gained more market share today via a deal with CBS Sports.
The network’s CBSSports.com will use Silverlight technology to deliver the 2009 NCAA Division I men’s basketball March Madness Tournament starting Thursday, March 19.
Silverlight powered online video coverage of the Beijing Olympics last summer for NBC.
The NCAA player will deliver high-definition video, CBS said.
