28.8 Million Watched Obama Speech on 10 Networks

President Barack Obama’s press conference Wednesday night drew 28.8 million viewers across 10 networks.
Last night’s telecast, airing on ABC, CBS, NBC, Univision, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, Mun2 and Telemundo (the latter on a tape delay), came in with an 18.8 household rating and 27 share, according to figures from Nielsen Media Research.
In total viewers, President Obama’s recent press conference marking his first 100 days in office was down 29% from his March 24 press conference televised across 11 networks, and down 42% from his first press conference Feb. 2 that aired on eight networks.
