Former E! talent executive Jennifer Danska is jumping to RDF USA to become senior VP of development and current programming.
RDF (“Wife Swap”) also has promoted Andy Lennon to chief financial officer, while Miranda Wang has been promoted to vice president of legal and business affairs. The company has confirmed the hiring of Kevin Shinnick as VP of production.
Ms. Danska, who will be based in Los Angeles, had been at E! and Style since 2004, casting Kimora Lee Simmons in “Life in the Fab Lane” and working on shows such as “Taradise” and “Candy Girls.” She now will work with RDF executives Greg Goldman, Clair O’Donohoe, Mike Duffy and Sarah Hanemann; she reports to RDF Media USA Chief Executive Officer Chris Coelen.
“Jenn’s skill set is very unique,” Mr. Coelen said. “She combines a keen eye for talent, deep relationships in the community and incredible creative instincts, all in a dynamic, entrepreneurial package.”
As for the other promotions and hires at RDF:
—Mr. Shinnick, previously of Painless Productions, will oversee the company’s L.A. production office. He reports to Tony Yates, chief operating officer for RDF Media USA.
