Nickelodeon to Launch Dual-Language Preschool Learning Toys Featuring Dora the Explorer, Developed by Smart Play, LLC

Nickelodeon and Smart Play, LLC., the first bilingual educational toy brand, today announced the launch of dual-language preschool learning toys inspired by Dora the Explorer. Available nationwide this spring, the product line includes electronic learning toys and puzzles that can be played in either English or Spanish. The compact and lightweight designs of the toys are perfect for travel or on-the-go learning.

With Dora as a guide, kids can discover the alphabet, numbers, letter sounds, simple words and more, in either English or Spanish. Features volume control and auto shut-off. Three AA Batteries included. $19.99, ages 2+.

Dora Explore & Play Mat:

A play mat that allows kids to learn the alphabet, numbers, letter sounds, simple words and much more with Dora. The large mat can be used on the floor, or hung on a wall, and is great for solo or multi-user play. Features volume control and auto shut-off. Three AA Batteries included. $24.99, ages 3+.

Dora Trace & Learn projector:

Pop in a disk, dim the lights and project fun, traceable images of Dora onto paper. Kids can choose from 40 images from the alphabet and numbers, to Dora and her friends, to trace and color as many times as they wish. The image can be made larger or smaller to match the child’s fine motor skills. The projector includes long-life LED bulb that stays cool to the touch, pencil/crayon holders and five image disks. Three AA batteries are required but not included. $24.99 ages 3+.
