Ms. Dale Hopkins, a respected and award-winning cable industry veteran with a broad expanse of experience across multiple disciplines, has been named President & CEO of iN DEMAND. She will relocate to iN DEMAND’s New York City headquarters from Los Angeles.
Ms. Hopkins will bring her vast knowledge of distribution and sales, operations, financial planning, multi-platform content, marketing, creative, PR, branding and entrepreneurism to her new position at the country’s leading transactional distribution company. Those skills, combined with her leadership and strategic vision, innovative thinking and keen intelligence, make her the perfect leader to guide iN DEMAND as it navigates the complex content marketplace going forward.

She has a deep well of knowledge from across several business sectors, and is well known and respected within the media industry. Ms. Hopkins joins iN DEMAND from GSN (Game Show Network, owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment and AT&T Entertainment Group), where she held multiple roles during her more than eight-year tenure, including EVP Distribution and CMO. Earlier, she was Interim CEO at CGS (Championship Gaming Series), an international eSports league. Before that, she spent eight years at Comcast-owned G4 Media, holding several positions, culminating in COO.
Previously, she honed her entrepreneurial skills as president and co-founder of the online gaming company iWin.com. Earlier, as CMO and part of the launch team for E! Networks, she became co-founder of E! Online and was part of the launch team of The Style Network. Early in her career she was VP Sales and part of the initial launch team at CNBC, and held several ad sales roles at CBS Corporation.
She has been honored with many industry accolades, including her upcoming induction into the 2017 class of Cable TV Pioneers, to be awarded in October. Past honors include Cablefax’s Most Powerful Women in Cable and the Cablefax 100, the Brand Builder Award from Promax and MI6, CTAM Mark Awards, and others.
She is currently on the Board of Advisors of HAVOC TV and several other entertainment and tech companies. Previous Board appointments include PromaxBDA, G4TechTV Canada, E! Online, Waldorf School of Santa Monica and the Los Angeles Advertising Club.
