MTV ordered two new music based reality series, including one featuring the children of music artists competing against each other, Daily Variety reports. “Rock the Cradle,” with the kids of Olivia Newton-John, M.C. Hammer and others, debuts next month. The other series, “Celebrity Music Mentor Project,” which pairs professional artists with amateur performers, premiers later this season.
