Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists committees agreed on a joint labor proposal that will be reviewed by the unions’ boards on Saturday before talks begin with studios, both guilds said in statements on their Web sites. AFTRA President Roberta Reardon and SAG President Alan Rosenberg took part in the two-day committee meetings that produced the proposal.
