New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s resignation after being linked to a prostitution ring may put at risk some of the tax credits he proposed to encourage shooting television and films in the state, the Hollywood Reporter says. Mr. Spitzer had proposed boosting the credit from 10% for below-the-line costs to 15% of all production costs, the newspaper reports.
