Hell’s Angel founder Sonny Barger is suing HBO and the team behind the pilot “1%,” a biker-themed drama, for using his ideas for the series then excluding him from it, the Hollywood Reporter says. Mr. Barger includes White Mountain Co. and Michael Tolkein, the writer and executive producer of the pilot, in the suit.

It seems that in the broadcast business the bigger they become the more they cheat others by taking other people’s concepts, developing them and then going on to produce them. We keep being told that protecting an idea is hard to do unless you’re big enough to fight back and even then…???
