China demanded an apology from CNN over comments made by anchor Jack Cafferty that were critical of the Chinese government, the New York Times reports. CNN issued a statement saying Mr. Cafferty did not intend to “cause offense” to the Chinese people.

No need to apologize to a dictatorship. They can suppress their own people’s freedom of speech, but when they try to censor our media, all America should be outraged. Cafgferty should say he stands by his comments. Do not be cowed by the Chinese comunnist/fascist/capitalist regime in Beijing.
