The Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers and the Screen Actors Guild have extended their talks by three days to May 2, Daily Variety reports. The extension is a sign that negotiators are making headway, cooling fears of a strike this summer. The American Federation of Television & Radio Artists, which decided to negotiate separately from SAG, said it would postpone contract talks with the AMPTP until May 5.
