The Writers Guild of America has identified 28 members who filed financial core status and resigned from the guild during the writers strike in an email to members, Daily Variety reports. The announcement came from WGA East president Michael Winship and West president Patric Verrone, who wrote to guild members thanking them for their “solidarity” in the face of financial difficulty.
