“Law & Order” creator Dick Wolf lost an arbitration ruling to NBC Universal over cable terms for two of the show’s spinoffs, which air on USA Network, Web site DeadlineHollywoodDaily reports. Mr. Wolf is also in a contract dispute with NBC over his executive producer fees on his three shows, the Web site says.
