Comcast’s request for a review of the Federal Communications Commission’s rejection of its waiver petition was rejected by a federal appeals court, Multichannel News reports. Comcast had requested a waiver for three low-cost, limited-function set-top boxes in response to an integrated set-top ban by the FCC, the newspaper says.
