Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin said yesterday it wouldn’t change rules to help the NFL Network in its battle with Comcast, Multichannel News reports. The NFL Network this week filed a complaint that Comcast-owned sports networks get wider distribution through the U.S. cable-television leader than the NFL Network.
