Google has taken its TV ad-buying service, Google TV Ads, out of the test stage, MediaDailyNews reports. The public unveiling allows U.S. advertisers to reach 13 million Dish Network subscribers with ads purchased directly through Google AdWords, the Web site says. Google will cover up to $2,000 in costs for each user creating their own TV commercials through its ad creation marketplace service, the Web site notes.
