Harris Corp. will introduce “the first full mobile digital TV transmission platform” in compliance with the new Advanced Television Systems Committee solution presented by LG Electronics and Samsung, TVNewsday reports. Harris will introduce the platform to broadcasters in November, the Web site notes. Broadcasters are pleased with the new digital technical standard presented by the two mobile companies, Broadcasting & Cable says.
