A new bill that would preserve net neutrality was introduced by Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) on Wednesday, Media Daily News reports. The Internet Freedom & Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 would prohibit Internet service providers from discriminating against “lawful content” by blocking or degrading access to the Web site, but still allows them to manage traffic, Media Daily News says.
