Video site Redlasso has rejected a cease-and-desist order from CBS, NBC and Fox, which claim the site is hosting unlicensed clips of their content, the Hollywood Reporter says. Redlasso suggested a deal could be made and has hired former CBS Corp. CEO Michael Jordan as a senior adviser, the newspaper says. Redlasso allows users to edit and embedded clips from its library of video content, the newspaper notes.
