Donnie Wahlberg will star in and help produce a TNT drama about a Boston-based drug-enforcement officer who was a former war hero, the Hollywood Reporter says. Ex-“Law & Order” writer-producer Walon Green will write the show, tentatively titled “Morse Code,” the newspaper reports.
