Verizon Data Supports Mobile Ads

Verizon Wireless found that small banner ads on mobile devices produced the same level of brand recall as 30-second television spots, Media Daily News reports. The company’s data also revealed that mobile banner ads produce click-through rates that are “exponentially higher than online” banner ads, said mobile advertising leader Stephanie Bauer Marshall, the Web site notes.
