Ray Winstone and Jonah Lotan have joined the cast of David Milch’s HBO pilot “Last of the Ninth,” the Hollywood Reporter says. The drama centers around the New York Police Department in 1972, the newspaper says. Winstone will play a detective who guides Lotan’s character, a Vietnam veteran turned undercover cop, the newspaper notes.
