The city of Costa Mesa, Calif., may follow in the footsteps of Los Angeles and sue Time Warner Cable, Multichannel News reports. City attorney Kimberly Hall Barlow has requested a copy of the L.A. lawsuit to assess if suing would be the proper course of action to address consumer complaints about the cable provider, the newspaper says.
