Here! co-founder Paul Colichman already has plans for the premium pay TV cable network’s recent acquisition of Advocate and Out magazines and their related properties, the Los Angeles Times says. Through the $6.5 million deal, Colichman, dubbed the “gay Citizen Hearst,” hopes to expand on Here!’s cross-platform offerings through broadcast, print and online media to better reach the estimated $712 billion buying power of the adult gay and lesbian market, the paper says.
