Oprah Winfrey has had talks with MTV Networks CEO Judy McGrath about joining her self-empowerment network OWN, which is set to debut in 2010, Web site DeadlineHollywoodDaily.com reports. Ms. McGrath has worked for the Viacom unit for 27 years, the Web site says.
