NBC Universal is moving forward to promote the Oxygen cable network, which it acquired last year for about a billion dollars, as its flagship destination for women, the New York Times says. The channel is revamping its Web site and releasing a new logo and tagline to coincide with the third-season debut of “Tori & Dean” on Tuesday, the paper says.
