AT&T is expected to file an application Tuesday for a statewide certificate of franchise authority that would let the company offer video services in Tennessee, Multichannel News reports. AT&T could begin broadband services in the states 10 days after submitting a complete application to the Tennessee Regulatory Authority, the newspaper notes.
