Despite promises to the International Olympic Committee that the Internet would be open to journalists covering the Beijing Olympics, certain Web site are being blocked by Chinese officials, the Wall Street Journal reports. One group identified 154 that are being censored. At the same time, there has been a leak of plans for the elaborate production number planned for the Opening Ceremonies, the Journal says.
