Findings from a survey of Nielsen’s biggest TV ratings clients will be the topic of company meetings next week in New York and Los Angeles, Mediapost.com reports. Nielsen plans to discuss its clients’ preferences for adjusting to the C3 ratings system, next year’s transition to digital broadcast spectrum, DVR penetration and activity, and the simultaneous measurement of audiences of TV, PC and mobile devices, the Web site says.
