Syndicated programs saw ratings decline for the week ending June 22, with many shows not airing on June 16 because of the U.S. Open, TVNewsday reports. However, CBS Television Distribution’s “Oprah” and “Judge Judy,” as well as NBC Universal’s “The Steve Wilkos Show” and “Martha,” managed to record small increases from last week, the Web site notes.
