Syndicated programs had a tough time in the ratings during the week ending June 29 due to Wimbledon coverage, TVNewsday reports. CBS Television Distribution’s “Dr. Phil” was the only talk show to improve in the ratings, climbing 6% to a 3.5, the Web site says. “Judge Judy,” also from CBS Television Distribution, was the only court show to see increases over the same week last year, the Web site notes.
