Cablevision has launched Newsday TV, hoping to boost circulation for the Long Island, N.Y. newspaper it recently acquired, Multichannel News reports. Newsday TV, which is available on Channel 611 to iO TV digital cable, allows customers to instantly subscribe to the newspaper through an on-screen order form, the newspaper says.
