Former FCC Chairman William Kennard told C-SPAN that cable giant Comcast has a case if the cable provider wants to take the agency to court, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The Federal Communications Commission recently found Comcast to be in violation of its Internet open-access guidelines in its blocking of BitTorrent peer-to-peer traffic.
