Comcast agreed to acquire Daily Candy, an e-mail newsletter about shopping, from Bob Pittman’s Pilot Group for $125 million, the Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the deal. A Comcast executive said the cable operator will try to boost Daily Candy’s audience by promoting it across the cable operator’s other Web properties.
